Measuring score improvement

We compare your score on the official Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) Pengajian Am exam, administered by Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia (MPM), after completing our program to your starting score. Your starting score can be either:

  • Your most recent official STPM Pengajian Am test score before starting our program; or
  • The score from your first practice test in our program. This test must be taken before the first class, be the designated first practice test on the PengajianAm.com platform, and be completed in one sitting under official time limits. Scores from retaken practice tests are not accepted.

If your score does not improve

If your STPM Pengajian Am official score after using the platform did not increase from your starting score in accordance with the table below, then, subject to the next paragraph, we will refund your payment.

Work you must do

Before your official test date, you must:

  • Complete at least 100 Bahagian A questions in the platform.
  • Complete at least 20 Bahagian B questions in the platform.
  • Complete at least 20 Bahagian C questions in the platform.

Time frame for submitting a guarantee request form

You must submit an electronic copy of your official score report along with your guarantee request within 60 days after your official test date. You must submit your guarantee request to walter@pengajianam.com.

Nonattendance of Exam

If you do not attend the official STPM Pengajian Am exam without a valid reason, you will not be eligible for a refund. Valid reasons for nonattendance include medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, which must be documented and submitted to us within 10 days of the missed exam date. Failure to provide appropriate documentation will result in forfeiture of the refund guarantee.
