1. Kemahiran Belajar
This is pretty generic so I won't go over it. It's mostly details about general critical thinking and learning skills.
2. Malaysia Kekal Berdaulat
2.1 Sovereign Country (Negara berdaulat)

- (a) explain the concept and characteristics of a sovereign country (menghuraikan konsep dan ciri negara berdaulat);
- (b) explain the formation of Malaysia (menghuraikan pembentukan Malaysia).

- has borders (bersempadan);
- has a system of government (sistem pemerintahan);
- has a population (mempunyai rakyat).
- Characteristics of a sovereign country (Ciri negara berdaulat):
- is independent (merdeka);
- is self-governing (berkuasa sendiri);
- is "authoritative" (berwibawa);
- has an identity (beridentiti).

- (a) discuss the practice of democracy and the electoral system (membincangkan amalan demokrasi dan sistem pilihan raya).

2.3 National administration (Tadbir urus negara)

System and structure of administration (Sistem dan struktur pentadbiran)
